Hello!

I am a part time hacker and a full time engineering manager. I write about my personal learnings of engineering management.

I currently work for Stripe in the Seattle office. I support a team of software engineers solving infrastructure problems. Before that, I worked as a software engineer at Stripe, Uber and Microsoft.

I grew up in Nanyang, China, and studied Computer Software at Tsinghua University in Beijing, China.
